Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

Flux Leap is an offline single-player game. The final application does not require an account, does not request personal information, and does not include advertising, analytics, social login, cloud accounts, or a remote backend.

Publisher identity and contact

A legal company name and developer contact email were not supplied in the final Android project. To avoid inventing publisher information, this policy does not provide a fabricated company name or email address. The in-app Contact Us section should be updated with the real publisher contact details before public release.

Local game data

Flux Leap stores gameplay and preference data locally on the device using Android SharedPreferences. This can include unlocked levels, stars, best scores, best completion times, earned gems, pulse totals, owned and equipped cosmetic vessels and trails, music volume, sound-effects volume, haptic settings, guide visibility, and high-contrast mode.

Internet access and data transmission

The final Android manifest declares no Internet permission. Flux Leap does not transmit gameplay progress or settings to a remote server and does not use a remote backend.

Advertising and analytics

The inspected final build contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. No advertising ID is requested by the game.

Permissions and device access

Flux Leap does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, notifications, or precise device identifiers. Haptic feedback uses Android's built-in View haptic feedback API and does not require the VIBRATE permission in this build.

Audio and game assets

Music, sound effects, logo artwork, game graphics, and level content are bundled inside the application and are used locally during play.

Backups, retention, and deletion

Game progress and settings remain on the device unless Android includes local preferences in an operating-system backup or device-transfer process. Players can reset game progress from the in-app Settings screen. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app also removes locally stored game data from that device, subject to any backup behavior controlled by Android or the user's device settings.

Children's privacy

Because this final build does not collect personal information or require an account, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults.

Data sharing

Flux Leap does not share gameplay or personal data with advertisers, analytics providers, or a remote game service because those services are not included in the inspected build.

Security limitations

No software environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In this build, game progress is stored locally through standard Android application storage rather than transmitted to a server.

Changes to this policy

If future versions add online services, advertising, analytics, new permissions, accounts, or other data practices, this policy should be updated before those changes are published.

Contact

Use the in-app Contact Us section after the publisher adds the real developer support email.
